No. There are no contracts to sign. We do have a cleaning agreement, but this is simply a document so that you know what to expect from us and so that we know which services you have requested. We are happy to earn your business each time we clean.

You don't need to be home during the cleaning, but you're welcome to be if you prefer. Many clients provide us with a key and alarm codes, which we keep extremely secure.

We strive to send the same cleaner to your home for each visit to ensure consistency. Even if there's a staffing change, all our employees are trained to use the same effective cleaning techniques. We start by creating a customized work order for your needs, so you always receive the same great, personalized service.

If something gets damaged during cleaning, we'll make every effort to repair or replace the item promptly. All our maids are fully insured to ensure the safety of your possessions.

Absolutely. We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy.
Our goal is to give you the best cleaning possible each time. If something is not done to your satisfaction, call us within 24 hours and we will correct it for free.

Payment is due the day the service is performed. For your convenience, we now accept all payments through credit cards. Recurring cleaning services will be automatically charged to credit card on file when service is complete. One-time cleaning services require a cash or credit card payment.

Yes we do! A house cleaning makes a great gift, whether it’s for Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, a birthday or anniversary, or even to help a friend through a difficult time. Whatever the occasion, our gift certificates can be sent straight to the recipient or to you. Contact us for information.

Tipping is not expected but appreciated. If you wish to leave a tip, place it on the kitchen counter. A simple note or feedback form letting them know how well they did also means a lot to our team.
